Hello Everyone I've been a bad blogger. It's been so crazy around here... I think my mil is trying to put me in the funny farm with her bad behavior. But I'm so over that she's not going to win this battle and I have better things to do..

Now on to the birthday boy My sweet Admiral had a Birthday this past week and I just had to post some pics of him on his Birthday..He is Eleven and I will have to say he is the sweetest dog who is a love bug and very smart. He also thinks he's human :)He is the Heart of Our home..

Easter was wonderful we spent it with my family and had a great day. We had picture day with the teenagers all boy fun lol... Spring is here finally in southern Ohio yeah... my flowers are coming up and everything is turning green.. Wishing all my Friends a wonderful week

Hello Blogg Friends it's been awhile:)

Hey everyone I'm so glad to be back to bloggy land. I have missed your cute faces. My Aunt Jule passed away last sat at the hospice after battling pancreatic cancer. I love love love the staff at the Ashland Ky Hospice Center they are so wonderful. You just don't know until you need them how great they are. We have said our goodbyes to Aunt Jule and we have celebrated her life. which was wonderful. My son Derek spoke at the funeral and did a wonderful job:) After we said goodbye to Aunt Jule we had to say goodbye to our Neighbor the same day he passed on from a stroke and a stay in the nursing home. Its been a sad week here on Orchard Street.

Now on to more upbeat things the coach's team finally won 2 games and i missed them both:( its not been a great season but we will take a win anytime. I've tried to get my fall out with everything going on but not working out too well got a few things done and even got some new things. I'll be posting some pics later this week. I hope everyone has a wonderful fall week.

Hello Friends:)

Hello blogging friends boy has it been crazy here! I've been trying to check in on everyone but not had time to do a post, As you know if you've been around here long it's football season here already so a little busy here. My aunt was back in the hospital but she's feeling better now boy that's a lot of running back and forth, And then I was starting a new project here which had to come to a stop while all the hospital stuff was going on now back up and running full speed ahead

Painting the master bedroom now if me and the coach could just agree on the color:) just don't tell him but I'm going to win can this be our little secret shhhh. of course we will be painting with Sherwin Williams paint that's where the d-man works and of course I get to use his big discount woo hoo!!! And My dad's still down in the back so I've not been going to the flea market on thursdays which is killing me:) I may have to go by myself before it gets cold here. I have got a few cute things while out thrifting will be back tomorrow to show some cute stuff:) Have a great day.

Family Reunion!

Hello friends,

Were back from the wilds of West Virginia and the Family Reunion we had a great time we got to see a lot of wild life and that's not just the kids that were there. Spent the weekend with family playing games swimming and eating what more could you ask for. I just got to sit on the side of the pool due to my lovely bronchitis but still had fun. I just got better pics sitting there:) We stayed in the Chief Logan Lodge in Logan WV and it was wonderful!!!!

I thought I'd share some pic from the weekend I hope you enjoy them. We finally have some great weather so I hope I can get out and paint some of my projects. Haven't been going to the flea market on Thursdays my dad pinched a nerve in his back and he was my flea partner. I may have to go without him this week.

Happy Birthday Coach!!!

Today is The Coach's Birthday!!!! Happy 41 to my sweet hubby the love of my life and the best Daddy a boy could have. He got a new dryer and 4 new tires for the d-man's truck yes he did... But we didn't really let him go without any presents for his birthday and we went out to eat at Cheddars to celebrate....
I hope everyone has a great week I have our Mothers Day Dinner to do on Thursday and a track meet to announce on friday so I may not be around much.

Look what I got from the cutest 3 boys

First I should tell you about the three c's this is what we call them My cousin Heather has 3 little boys that I have babysat for since #1 was 6 months old he's now 6. I have been off from watching them for about 8 months due to my fall and breaking my tail bone and hurting my hip. I miss them a lot. Well last night she called their aunt who watches them now has the flu. I said yes I could watch them so at o'dark thirty this morning i was at there house for the day omg!! what a long day #1 C is Collin #2 C is Cole and #3 C is Carson 6,4,1.5 now they were wild since they haven't seen me much. I just put #3 down for his nap and thought peace and quiet and someone knocked on the door and handed me this.



It has the greatest smelling candle in it cinnamon roll yummy! the card said Thanks for coming to the rescue and boy were those boys excited to hear you were coming We love you the three C's. So what to do with three cute little boys for the day we made cookies and chicken noodle casserole their fav. now mom has the evening off too. I love you guys and thanks for the gift:)
I'll have them until B feels better or I'm in traction:)
All of November I will post some of the things I'm thankful for.
I am thankful for family they are my everything I love all of them.

Family and Halloween

okay are you tired of Halloween yet? I hope not I have a few more pics first I got these cute little witches hats at walmart for a 1.00 and just had to share.

And here's a pic of the d-man at a Halloween party a couple of years ago with his Friends Ash and Kels their sisters. I don't have many pics of the d-man in costume he hates Halloween so he didn't dress up much. I think he gets that from his dad.lol

Don't they look cute. okay I can't promise no more halloween but its still two days away so who knows!!!!

I didn't get my painting done we had a late phone call yesterday and coach's cousin had a car accident monday evening and her boyfriend was killed in the accident so I spent most of the day on the phone trying to find out how she was. there about 2.5 hours away in Columbus so all of us who were down here played phone tag. I got a call this morning she's bruised up and had some stitches but fine she was wearing her seat belt and so was the truck driver that was in the accident but her boyfriend was not and was killed in the accident. Please say a prayer for his family and ours. Heather's sister was killed in a car accident 3 years ago on her way to work and her mom is not taking this well.

Happy Monday!

Hey everyone Happy Monday! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. I had company from out of town My bil and sil and my fav. munchkins Sophie,Will and Owen came down to go to the Bob Evans Farm Festival and then stayed the weekend there going home today. We had a great time just playing outside in the great weather. Also Friday was our big Rival game and I had lots of company over the weekend some of my boys came in for the game and then stopped here. So we've been busy and I didn't get anything done but picking up and cooking!!!! no pics for this post. I did get one project done Thursday evening for Ally(my niece) I'll post it later.

Okay its Monday! First I have to thank you guys for the great comments on my chicken and rooster tassels. Some people ask how I made them and honestly trial and error and lots of glue:) I started out at hobby lobby in the trim and found what I wanted and then moved on to the ribbon. Remember lots of glue!!! I was going to show you my cute little milk glass pedestal bowl I got at the estate sale, but the camera has run off, so I will have to hunt it down and then show you. It's been a long weekend the coach is still not happy with the boys not a win in sight. oh my!!!! its going to be a long season:( We are trying to get things back to normal around here with school starting and football we have no dinner time everyone is on their own which means Admiral and Momma eat together and then everyone else when they come in.

Hump day

Hey Everyone ! gosh its hump day where has the week gone. Its been rainy here all week and we have had the sickies I have had a wonderful headache since Monday and my niece sami has had the flu with all that goes with it my sis will testify about all the cleanup yuck!! And of course the coach has been stomping around about the game Friday night we lost so he's not happy:( poor boys I feel their pain.
And the d-man started his Jr. year at Shawnee State Tuesday man this makes me feel old. I haven't got a single project done and now my sil called and they will be here for the long weekend yeah!:) I'm so excited to see my babies its been since July, Auntie j needs a fix of nephews and princess. We are also counting down to the big game Saturday Go Bucks!!! I'll be posting my pics of our buckeye surprise if it quits raining long enough to get a pic. Good Luck to big marc and kc we'll be watching and yelling like crazy(they always say they can here me)lol Okay a post with no pics can you believe it.

It's Monday and momma and admiral just hung out today and worked on Mandy's wedding which is Friday. yes i said Friday oh boy I hope I get all of this done....I have a few things left to do but just couldn't get into the flowers today. to many other things on the brain today, lots of projects to get done and I have just put them off until after the wedding but they won't leave me alone can you hear them saying finish me! finish me!!! The laundry room keeps calling me also, but I'm ignoring it until tomorrow. The coach has 2 a days all this week so I have lots of free time in the evenings this week, to do what ever i want to do.... maybe some spray painting in the yard which he hates.I always say just mow over it no one will ever no! lol I'm ready to decorate for fall do you think its to early? Oh My I almost forgot to Wish my little brother Happy Birthday Today! Happy Birthday Joe!!!!! Your almost over the Hill :)

Its Sunday Love One Another

Okay its been a long weekend! First we went to the flea on Thursday and I got a great find. Shutters for my picture window Yeah!!!! I priced them a Lowe's and hd for about 70 for the window this guy sold them to me for 10 bucks and they were already painted white yeah again I got 8 all together I don't know what I'm going to do with the others maybe the bathroom? I'm so happy:) Of course coach had a scrimmage and it was hot so I had to take my boys out some Popsicles to cool them down after the game we even shared with the other team The boys always love to get goodies, I think they are a little spoiled but that's okay I love them anyway.. Then on Friday I worked on a wedding I'm doing for a girl from church. I have a week and a half left and lots of flowers left to do. On Saturday went to a couple of estate sales no luck there for me but mom got 4 cookie jars that were really cute all Christmas for like 10 dollars she puts them above her cabinets at Christmas with garland and lights so cute. then went up to Huntington WV to eat a hillbilly hot dogs have you seen it on dinners drive-ins and dives its great. then went to the hot dog festival come home worn out spent today catching up on all my chores and wedding stuff I will post some pictures of all my goodies and some of my flowers on Monday the d-man has the camera

Yeah its Friday! Well the flea market was not hopping yesterday. I think it was just to hot, so no good bargains to report. but my dad called and there's a big estate sale this weekend yeah I have a few things on my list I'm looking for to finish some projects so I'm on the hunt and I hear the goodwill calling me today we have at least 4 within driving distance of here so I may have to have a thrifting adventure while the coach is at football practice. The D-man is working at Sherwin Williams now, so I'm off to go there today to pick out a paint color the for the bedroom and use his nice discount yeah!:) I knew he would come in handy someday;)

Well we're back from the big family reunion weekend wow. I'll have to share pics later I had to use the 35mm camera my digital finally died. and the d-man was going to kings island so i couldn't use his. We had a great time seeing everyone. I've been busy since we got home trying to decide what color to paint my bedroom and redoing everything on the walls I'll have to post some pics if I can borrow d-mans camera. But I did find this cute pic on the computer of d-man and his best friend k.c. new baby girl being an only child he's happy to be Uncle D she's about 15 minutes old in this picture her name is Keira isn't she cute!!

Hi Everyone
This is my first post on our new blog. I can't wait get into this and post some pictures give my a few days to figure out everything. Tomorrow is flea market day with my mom and dad hopefully we will find some good buys. Tune in and find out on Thursday. Also Chris's Aunt Barbara is coming home from Florida to go to the family reunion this weekend and will be here all week. We're enjoying our summer so far, Derek is getting ready to go to Kings Island this weekend and working at the Sherwin Williams. We are also getting ready for football practice boy is it going to be hot. For some of you my husband is a assistant coach for football so we are all about football here from July on. Oh happy day(lol)
