A Baby Gift!!

Okay girls I have another gift to show you that I made for a new baby gift and her big sister.

This is their initals A for Aubry and M for Macey

I painted the frames yellow and then rubbed it with candle and then painted them white and then sanded down for the yellow to show thru and then I rubbed a little pink on and sprayed them with glitter spray gotta have some bling:) Here's the cute little pink basket for Aubry I got Macey a cute pumpkin t-shirt and head band to go with her frame. There's some outfits and bows in the pink basket.

Monday! Monday!

Okay girls first of all Britt loved all of her gifts in her basket! Everyone wanted a ragmuffin and the little boo frame with all the holiday inserts! I said sorry unless your getting married it will cost you!!!! I might have some good thrifting money here soon. Oh lord what have I got myself into. 2 of the girls in the wedding called the d-man today and wanted him to ask me to make them a letter and a picture frame. the coach says it all started when I used to make them things for their birthdays when they had parties. lol I told him it was a lot cheaper than barbie and ty beanies at the time. Britt's already called and I've been to the house to help her out and Now I'm making some pics for the kitchen for her. I'm working on a baby gift for a new little girl and her big sister will post later this week. Here's my scarecrow on my door welcoming fall today. Have a great Monday!

Wedding Shower Gifts

Okay the d-man's best friend Britt is getting married and he's the man of honor so you know his mom would have to make a great gift for the bride. You girls are going to like how thrifty we were. We started out with a willow basket that we spray painted black 4.00 then we got a black mirror 5.00 4 black picture frames different sizes from 2-3 dollars 2 glass candle sticks .88 a piece a bag of tea lights 1.00 a candle lighter 1.00 One frame with something inside for all the holidays a family sign I made cost 5.00 a letter L for free had everything already 1 hurricane vase 3.00 2 taper candles .48 a plate holder 1.00 a cute fall basket 1.00 filled with thanksgiving things turkey salt and Pepper shakers 1.00 1 acorn lotion dispenser 2.00 pumpkin plate 3.00 leaf candy dish 1.00 leaf towel 1.00 1 ragmuffin made by me for around 6.00 with cute handmade tags by me Photo coasters 5.00 picture hanging stuff 1.00 and a hammer and level you know a girl needs this stuff to hang everything by herself . so here's some pics sorry there dark the battery is dying:(

So what did ya think? I'll let ya know what she thinks after the shower. Her colors in the house are tan red with black and cream so I thought this would work out for anywhere in the house. she's getting married in Dec. and we have a Christmas basket we're working on as a house warming gift for after the wedding I'll post that when I'm done with it.

Happy Weekend

Hello to everyone the weekend has come and so has the rain. Yuck! We need it but it sure puts a damper on all the yard sales this weekend and their were about 60 in the paper. Only made it to one and all I bought was princess Sophie 2 pr of shiny red Mary Jane shoes one fits now and the second pair will be for later they were a 1 a pr. they look brand new I know she will love them. I have one project gift I have been working on it is for Marcus and Ashley who's wedding I did some pic are in a previous post. I just now finished the gift. I got side traked with the wedding so here it is A picnic Basket for tail gating. Marcus plays for the Ohio State Buckeyes so it is red.

It has everything to have a picnic plates,bowls,silverware, corn holders,knives,a grill,grill tools.place mats,and lots of other goodies. I hope they put it to good use. And Marcus
