BOO and a cute plate !!

Well we didn't win our game Friday night. I think it's going to be a long season! It breaks my heart to see the boys after the game when they don't win, I always wait outside the locker room for them and they are so sad especially the seniors. but I Love them anyways win or lose:) Okay I made me some boo letters this weekend and then I made me a plate with a cute quote sticker in the middle. An idea I got from Angie Thanks Angie.. My plate is a flea market find for a dollar and I had the ribbon and quote sticker already . Wow I think that's the cheapest project I have ever did!!!! The coach would be impressed(lol) Oh you might want to see pictures of these projects right!

So this is what I did with my weekend besides watching the OHIO State Buckeyes win! Oh yeah went to an estate sale but only got 2 blue ball jars a milk glass pedestal bowl again that makes 3 in a week and a whole drawer of silver ware which I will use for eating and projects all for 14.00 so not a bad hall. I missed 2 more had to get home to watch my bucks! the d-man was there again cheering on Marcus and KC yeah!!! Hopefully there will be a few this weekend ! Here's a pic from his seat!

It's Friday some fall goodies and a few projects

Okay its Friday and I've been working on some projects this week I got a few done and also added to my fall decorating so here's what I have been working on first this shelve I've had forever in my storage it was stained and was made to hand the other way I sanded it and then painted it black and hung it on my wall beside my front door I filled it with some stuff for now I may put scrapbook paper behind it who knows I'm still working on that see my cute dollar tree witches hat.

next one is some more fall on top of my bookcase I Keep my scrapbook stuff on my scarecrow came from my cute little preschool kids when I worked there.

Okay here's my two finds at the flea market and a yard sale 2 pieces of milk glass
And last is a new tassel that I made with my pumpkin salt shaker I'm still working on the turkey and acorn so more to come. what do you think?

Okay its football friday night so I'm off to Homecoming and It's supposed to rain yuck! Maybe we can get a win tonight:) Have a wonderful weekend!

Monday! Monday!

Okay girls first of all Britt loved all of her gifts in her basket! Everyone wanted a ragmuffin and the little boo frame with all the holiday inserts! I said sorry unless your getting married it will cost you!!!! I might have some good thrifting money here soon. Oh lord what have I got myself into. 2 of the girls in the wedding called the d-man today and wanted him to ask me to make them a letter and a picture frame. the coach says it all started when I used to make them things for their birthdays when they had parties. lol I told him it was a lot cheaper than barbie and ty beanies at the time. Britt's already called and I've been to the house to help her out and Now I'm making some pics for the kitchen for her. I'm working on a baby gift for a new little girl and her big sister will post later this week. Here's my scarecrow on my door welcoming fall today. Have a great Monday!

A little fall and a project

Okay Melissa is having a Fall Nesting Week at the Inspired Room so I thought I would join in I hope I did all the linking right lol


I am so ready for fall! I have a little bit of stuff out but I need to get in the dreaded laundry room and dig out everything. If I could just get rid of this headache I have had all week I might have it all done. I can't wait to get my pumpkins and mums. Here's the top of my computer cabinet turned scrapbook cabinet in the corner of my family room.

Here's my basket I made from my front porch I showed it once before but here it is again.

I have to show you one more thing I thought I would try my hand at making a tassel for my kitchen so I used my salt and pepper chicken and rooster from the family dollar they were a dollar for the set so it it didn't turn out I wasn't out to much. But I love them and they look so cute in the kitchen. So what do you think?

Sorry the chicken is so dark its the same colors as the rooster.

Happy Wednesday:)

Happy Hump Day!! okay I've been a little busy since Friday. First we won our scrimmage yeah and our first game is this Friday. On Saturday we went to 3 estate sales no great finds but did get a small crock pot for game nights 5.00 new hedge clippers for 15.00 and hubby found some antique bottle openers he was excited:) but on Thursday I got a longaberger basket for 10.00 yeah! Here's a pic of my basket and a cute sign and chicken and rooster I found at family dollar.



okay look a t these cute baskets I found at wallyworld for 6.00 I cant wait to use them for fall.

Now my last thing for this post Friday football starts so that's a sign around here its fall so I started on my porch today hopefully I'll get finished this weekend .
