A little fall and a project

Okay Melissa is having a Fall Nesting Week at the Inspired Room so I thought I would join in I hope I did all the linking right lol

I am so ready for fall! I have a little bit of stuff out but I need to get in the dreaded laundry room and dig out everything. If I could just get rid of this headache I have had all week I might have it all done. I can't wait to get my pumpkins and mums. Here's the top of my computer cabinet turned scrapbook cabinet in the corner of my family room.

Here's my basket I made from my front porch I showed it once before but here it is again.

I have to show you one more thing I thought I would try my hand at making a tassel for my kitchen so I used my salt and pepper chicken and rooster from the family dollar they were a dollar for the set so it it didn't turn out I wasn't out to much. But I love them and they look so cute in the kitchen. So what do you think?

Sorry the chicken is so dark its the same colors as the rooster.
Have a wonderful day:) Go check everyone else out!!
Julie

I couldn't stop laughing as I read your blog. I first spotted the Longaberger baskets on the top of your computer cabinet. I sell those wonderful things. Then as I scrolled farther down I found Brutus. We are also huge OSU fans and have a massive Brutus in our front yard!

Those tassels look awesome! I made one, but it doesn't look nearly as good as yours. I also love your fall basket arrangement. I have got to get busy with my fall decorating!

Hi Julie :)

Okay... Brutus in the front yard?! LOL There is no way we can do that with the house for sale. What if a relo from Michigan comes to see it? Rich says we don't want them here anyway LOL

Sorry off the topic at hand... Those tassels are darling!! I want lessons!!

Oh and one last thing...

GO BUCKS!
